Well, for my first time at IMATS, I was fairly overwhelmed even though I prepared myself for the crowds but I still managed to enjoy myself! I didn't get to go to every booth I wanted to but I was pretty tired at 2 p.m. and so was the rest of my group and we decided to call it a day. Here is my haul!
Here's what I got from Bdellium Tools! These are incredibly soft and worth the anticipation for me! And they're pink and white! Yay! These are all eco friendly and very affordable! I couldn't be happier! All brushes and sets were 40% off!
Here's what I got from Morphe Brushes! These were pretty disappointing and overrated in my opinion. This was the longest line I waited in and they are decent enough. They're great for a starter kit or someone who is just getting into makeup as they are very reasonable.
I don't exactly remember what booth I got these at, but my friend Linh wanted to get some Beauty Blenders there, and you can never have too many, so I went along with her and ended up getting a setting spray by Skindinavia and a set of beauty blenders!
The Tarte line wasn't too bad, it was sort of long (not compared to Sigma or Morphe!) but it did move fairly quickly! I couldn't resist some blushes for half the price! And I bought a back up mascara!
And now for my pride and joy! My beloved Hakuhodo brushes! I couldn't be more excited and for me, these are worth every penny! Now does everyone need a Hakuhodo brush? Well, yes, yes they do. Just kidding. Well, not really but moving on. These are beautiful and just so soft and lovely. They have different series with different quality standards. I believe most of mine are in the J Series. And now that I've had them for over a week, I've used one brush and it's heavenly! It'll take me a while to use them all because they are just perfect right now! But it'll come!
Here is my entire haul!
Here are some pictures from the museum they had set up!
And a cab selfie with Jessica on the way there!
