This is a New Orleans chicken sandwich and it was out of this world! I could definitely see myself coming back here just for this sandwich! And it's going to make it hard to try out other vendors here! Matt and I both got the Original Chicken Sandwich and were not disappointed!
We also got some root beer and some chips, and while the chips were good, they were unnecessary because the sandwich was so filling and so satisfying! We added a touch of honey to our sandwiches and man it went so well with the hot sauce! I will usually order something without anything spicy on it (I know, I'm a bad Korean) but this was just great!
For dessert, Matt and I stopped by Dough Doughnuts, and they were BOGO free because it was at the end of the night, which also meant there weren't a lot of flavors left. We got the hibiscus and another flavor, but since we were so full from dinner, we saved them for the next day. They definitely tasted a day old so maybe they are better fresh!
I would definitely recommend coming here to check it out! And if you're a fan of Ippudo but don't want to wait in line, they have a "quicker" service ramen restaurant called Kuro-Obi, a Japanese Ramen Brasserie, so I can't wait to try it out next time I'm here!
After dinner, we were walking around a bit to burn off some calories and we walked past the opening scene of Ghostbusters!
